Namasté
My name is Ginevra, and I am the creator of this little online space.
I live in Tuscany, but for years I have lived in many different places. Throughout this journey out in the world, I encountered the discipline of Yoga: it moved me deeply and gave me the tools to approach life with greater clarity.
Because that’s what Yoga does: it brings clarity. Step by step, it lifts the veil before our eyes.
In 2018, I decided to complete my yoga teacher training. I deeply love guiding classes, hosting retreats, and immersing myself in the meaningful connections built with my students and collaborators. It is a space where human connection is freed from every veil.
My mission is to guide you toward a deep reconnection with your body and your inner voice through movement practices, sound baths, and moments of mindful listening.
I believe in a gentle, grounded, and accessible yoga practice—designed to help you find harmony, presence, and peace in everyday life.
I came into the world with autumn’s early shadows, cradled by the wild, russet woods of Chianti.
As a Scorpio with a Scorpio rising, I have always carried an innate need to search beneath the surface; readily given answers were simply never enough. When yoga entered my life, I knew I had finally found a sacred space to truly understand myself and the world: practice became as vital as breath itself.
My journey began purely out of devotion, deepening my study of yoga and the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda.
From this organic love, a natural impulse blossomed to weave these teachings and pass them on.

Moving in freedom
with Anukalana Yoga
I completed my yoga teacher training in Anukalana Yoga at 'Samadhi' in Florence, one of the most renowned yoga schools in Italy. Anukalana Yoga is an approach rooted in tradition, yet it integrates ancient disciplines like dance and martial arts with the latest discoveries in body biomechanics. Through its practice, I truly understood what it means to release physical and mental tension and rigidity.
Anukalana Yoga focuses on fluidity, softness, and a deep respect for the unique nature of every body and mind.
In my classes, I offer Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga guided by this approach.
What does this mean for you?
You will experience a fluid, dance-like, and hypnotic movement. My goal is to lead you, by the end of each practice, to feel a profound sense of peace and balance.
