Sound Journey: coming home to your deepest self
Close your eyes and imagine letting yourself be wrapped in an invisible embrace: the sound journey, also known as a Sound Bath, requires no effort, nor control—it is a pure act of love toward your mind-body well-being.
Sound thus allows the brain to access states of serenity, creativity, problem-solving, and intuition, truly unfolding our human potential.
All you need to do is lie down comfortably or sit with your eyes closed. I will be there to hold space for you in safety, guiding you through this journey of deep surrender with the live sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chimes, Shamanic Drum and Handpan.
It is a practice suited for everyone—adults and children alike—because there is nothing to do, only to welcome whatever arises.
The Sound Bath can be a peaceful sanctuary on its own, or it can merge magically with meditation and Yoga, creating an experience of complete and restorative immersion.
Example of a journey together:
-
15 minutes of guided grounding, to slide gently into the here and now.
-
30 minutes of Asanas (Yoga postures), to awaken and listen to the body.
-
30 minutes of total Sound Bath immersion, to surrender and let go.
This is only an invitation: every session can be shaped, designed, and tailor-made to whatever your heart and body need today."

Did you know? The science behind the Sound Bath.
Above all, it is not merely a contemplative experience, but a true practice of neurophysiological regulation.
The vibrational sound acts on the brain through Brainwave Entrainment, shifting brainwave frequencies away from hypervigilance and tension toward calmer states: Alpha waves (8–12 Hz, the space of relaxation and contemplation) or Theta waves (4–8 Hz, the realm of deep meditation and hypnotic states).
